Croconile march knockout Kaiser FC to reach knockout stage 2-0

In an average game croconile were able to outpay Kaiser FC to win 2 0 this win ensured croconilers a place in the final 8.

Both goals came from relevantly defensive players while croconile offence failed to score from some easy chances. croconile dominated most parts of the game with a couple of dangerous counter attacks from Kaiser.

Most of the croconile offense depended on the strong , fast and in form croconiles left and right backs ziad and ayoub in the absence of offensive support from both defensive midfielders, while haytham the attacking midfielder remained out of top form.

Croconile defense Under the leadership of the experienced ahmed abo bakr mahmoud were simply magnificent. Shamy really improved and again the in form full backs really showed character with ziad and ayoub stopping the dangerous Kaiser wings especially number 9.

Midfielders on the other hands failed to rise to the intensity of the game alaa was far from his last year wonder performance although he played with a knee injury , Aly was certainly not at his best and haytham still remains far from the superstar that the team is expecting from him.

Croconile offense played a good game from the balls they got, the consistent and tireless sameh was almost everywhere in the left flank falling back to take the ball from midfield and moving the ball forward , finally he stopped rushing forward without the ball! Bedo also had a good game with a couple of good short passes although he missed a chance that should have seen the back of the net. Abdelaziz is still a dilemma to be figured out as his performance is on the down slope alot of mispases and his ball possession was a far too much.

PLAYER RATINGS:

Fareed 8.5 an amazing performance by fred that saw him reward his defense with their first clean sheet. A miracle save in the end of the first half from number 23’s free kick and he came several times off his line to back up his defense he definetley deserves a clean sheet and he also deserves the 8.5!!

Ayoub 8.5 : I know I use this a lot but another vintage performance by the youngester.despite leaving midfield ayoub was no newcomer to the left back position several clearances perfect defending contributed in offence and gave sameh several balls and to top that off he scored a crucial goal that booked the teams place in the quarter final

Bakr 8.5 : an outstanding performance by the experienced skipper.lead his defence to saftey several crucial tackles and a perfect…..outstanding…….marvelous……stunning ……..freekick. This goal is one to remember. He definitely deserves the new nickname the fans gave him ( ganab el comandar el mohem) that’s Arabic for “the commander”

Shamy 7.5 a good performance by the youngster really helped in the back line covered bakr and didn’t have a lot of mistakes mastered most of the long balls and manage to complete the match without a booking! Nice game.

Ziad 8.5 another outstanding show by the former army team player. He simply did not rest he was up the flank down the flank in the middle sending crosses defending on the wings and threw in a couple of headers for the team. It seems my first criticism in his first game really woke up the player inside of him.

Aly 6.5 if I was to rate aly on his tactical role I would give him a 9 as he was successfully able to eliminate Kaiser’s best player number 23. But modern football today is not only about defense and the team waited from aly to helo to get the ball upfront he failed to do that. He looked tired for some parts of the match and aside from two through balls up front he was nowhere to be found in offense.

Alaa 6 a very poor performance from the veteran. This is not the Chester we know he didn’t show any speed made a lot of misspasses and failed to clear several of headers he also looked tired for most of the game. To be fair he did suffer a knee injury early in the first half. Still has a long way to go to retain his form.

Haytham 7.5 defenetly not a bad game for haytham mad a couple of through balls and had more than one attempt on goal but still haytjam fails to play the same way he did in his deut back from injury .putting the missed penalty aside he was just no available as he should be a player iin his position should be constantly on the ball. But haytham did get the foul that led to the opening goal and his effort almost saw the back of the net but a mracle stop on the line from Kaiser defense saw croconile sameh get a penalty . fans are still waiting dor a lot from haytjam.

Sameh 8 another solid performance from sam 6 he made a huge effort taking the ball from midfield and moving it upfront while aly was caught up in defense he didn’t give up to defense but kept trying and pressuring the Kaiser defense and almost scored a goal from a personal effort. He won his team a penalty and deserved to win another, gave a beautiful through that saw ebedo one on one ith the goal another outstanding show of skills saw him outplay two defenders and if his shot hasn’t gone wide he would have definitely scored and epic goal. But he also missed a chance or two that could have seen his team score. Overall he is a joy to watch .KEEP IT UP

Bedo 7.5 : a good overall performance from the international but he still lacks speed in passing. Definitely a very important player upfront for the croco’s and he does give a lot of effort you can see the understanding between him and sameh is constantly improving but ebedo needs to stand out more to his team mates and pass faster .he did seem a bit edgy at the end of the first half.

Zizo 6 another disappointing performance from the young star as he fails to rise to the expectations of amr magd zizo failed to leaf the righ flank and left ziad almost alont to do the work. Almost 0 crosses he didn’t even use he one on one skills and he definetly did not pass enough he needs a lot of improvement

7’orshed 7.5 came in early in the second half to mark number 9 and so he did. Aside from a couple of lousy clearences omar was in good form showed a lot of effort and held the defense together his high concentration was really obvious and stopped a couple of counter attacks.

Islam adel 7: a decent performance by Islam. Coming up late to help in offence while your team is out of energy is never good. His movement off the ball was really good and a good pass accuracy. A good night for islam but he didn’t give any through balls. He failed to rise to his top form.

Migo 7 after the shocking decision that saw him start on the bench he came in the second half to show his metal. an O.K. performance by the Migo a couple of important interceptions but gave number 9 some way in a counter attack other than that attack he kept him quite.
