CROCO'S grab top of the table after thrashing trimosters

In an another poor showing from the Egyptians croconilers were able to hammer trimonsters to win the game with a big score o f 4-1 by this win croco's are top of the table and go to next stage to face glacticose.

Despite the high score croconilers did not look like a championship team throughout the match . this draws a lot of question marks as after they have qualified to the group stage all mistakes are UNFORGIVABLE.

Croconilers seem to lack chemistry enthusiasm tactics and pass accuracy In addition they seem to make small unprofessional mistakes that cost their team a lot of effort concentration and stamina!!!!

In the first half most of the deffence seemed lost due to the slow performance by mostafa magdy which left shamy out of position and left bakr to cover the vast space behind both of them

In midfield Ayoub was left lost alone in the defensive midfield position although ziad helped a lot but still on the counter midfield was left open. Haytham was nowhere to be found defensively.

As for offense they were too eager to score the goal that they never waited for the ball. This goes for all three almost half of the first half.

It was not until aly khaled came on late in the first half that the team was able to regroup and build some form. Ziad went back to right back covering the empty space behind him and preventing attacks from that flank .

Despite the lousy performance croconile were able to come back from a 1 nill lead and win the game with a big score.

Writers note: I think that you and your fans still expect a lot more from the team. Coach amr magd’s instructions have been set aside by certain players either due to lack of concentration or self concern!!!!

From my point of view this is not a championship team. Individually we have some of the best players in this league but as a team we are definitely not one of the best!! And this is a real dilemma for me. I see that this team really depends on their midfield and how they control the pace of the game, but I also see that they (midfield) are constantly blamed for the mistakes of offense who never falls back to take the ball and another problem with the offense is that whenever croco’s have the ball you will find one of the three running without the ball and asking for a long pass even if it is impossible!!!!

Fareed 7.5 Despite conceding early in the first half fareed kept his confidence and made three very important saves. All three were one on one encounters and if they were scored the game would have ended up in a disaster. I think he should really learn from today’s game that overconfidence will cost you a lot!!!

Zanaty 7 : a decent debut game for the newly signed zabaady. He didn’t make any remarkable mistakes gave in a cross or two and his passing accuracy was very high. He lacks speed though and needs more experience. I think if he exerts more effort in training he will definitely earn himself more playing time.

Bakr 6.5 not one of his best days. he simply could not control his defense as we usually expect from him. But he definetly had the first half’s plan to blame for that as migo and ayoub left a lot of empty spaces behind them leaving bakr and shamy to cover up their dirt. This definitely took a lot of his effort and concentration. But still alot is expected from the international skipper.

Shamy 6.5 made a huge effort in today’s game nut made a lot of mistakes that could have cost his team the whole game. Definetly shamy is maturing and earning a lot of ground from game to game but it all comes down to the mall mistakes made in the decisive moments. Amr magd definetly should talk to him to make him understand what exactly is weekeningg his game.

Migo 5.5 migo had several good balls in the game but iverall he failed to fill ziad’s shoes. His lacks of speed and fitness definetly were a big factor in his performance. Fro my point of view amr magd expected too much from the senior right back. He didn’t put into consideration the fitness and the speed factor. Wheneve migo went up the flank the whole right side was left exposed. Sameh also did not help cover up this gap which left the left wing for the trimonsters to gain momentum on their flank.

Ayoub 6.5 : an O.K. game from the international. In the first half he seemed lost in midfield as he was left alone to face trimonsters counter attacks . he seemed to be running after the ball most of the time instead of controlling the pace of the game , he definetly improved after Aly’s entrance he started making correct passes upfront and made a couple of good attacks. He had a good flank up the right but still was not dangerous enough. I repeat this for the 4 time still there is a lot more expected from Ayoub!

Ziad 7 another good performance from the senior. He made some effort in the first half but the chemistry between him and haytham is not there. When he moved to right back trimonsters lost their strong side and crocos were able to attack again. seemed quite in the second half and did not go upfront as often. Although ziad did not contribute much upfront but he perfected all his tactical roles.

zizo 6.5 : he Is slowly starting to get into form. Today zizo showed that he is a quality player as for most of the first half his side was responsible for the most of the dangerous attacks. still zizo holds the ball for too much and is almost always late in passing or crossing the ball. Still alot is awaited from the youngster

bedo 6 : the Egyptian striker exerted a tremendous effort in today’s game and made a lot of steals. But his slow reactions and poor passing accuracy cost his team a lot of effort and concentration. Bedo kept the ball for too long and did not make use of his available midfield. The only good thing in today’s game is that he scored his debut goal. This should give him momentum for the coming games.

Sameh 7 scored 2 goals and made the chance for a third in any other game sameh would have deserved a flat 9!!! But if you put in your mind the opposition you will think otherwise. Sameh had an overall good game. I must comment that finally he moves back to take the ball from midfield instead of running like a madman upfront. But he couldn’t help his team when he was down in the first half. I think he should control his pace a bit more and know when to pass and when to change the field. But definitely today I saw some movement off the ball that would come from an experienced player.

Aly 7.5 made a huge impact on the team as after his entrance the teams were able to grab two goals. In the first half his effort and movement on and off the ball were really impressive and he benefited from the confidence put in him by the coach and his team-mates. In the second half though he seemed frustrated most of the time and left his position a few times. This type of behavior is not expected from an experienced player like Aly. He will definitely have to reconsider his attitude. But overall in the game he made few misspases and didn’t keep the ball for too long. A good show from the Egyptian.

Chester 7 today’s alaa really reminds us of Alaa of last season. A lot of effort in midfield good tackling and few miss passes. He kept the ball for a bit too long but overall a decent performance by chester . Covered up behind aly and helped out the defense. He went a whole game without bakr shouting at him.

Islam adel 7 a good performance by the experienced playmaker he passed a through to haytham that saw him score a goal and another one which haytham failed to make use of. He was a bit slow in a couple of balls but seemed available most of his playing time. Yet he still lacks chemistry with his striker (bedo) and this is obvious considering the few balls between them.

Belaal 6 a bit slow on the ball and made a couple of misspasses but he did make a couple of cruicail intersections and helped ayoub to focus on offence. Needs more playing time. He also need to discover his true calling in the pitch as definitely right back is not the position for him due to his lack of speed. Belal is a promising player that exerts a huge effort in training and I am sure that with a more effort his time will come

I will only mention one ball that was passed to aly. bassem closed his eye then he threw his head back and played an outstanding multifunction multinational frantion fundamental through to aly but the short not so thin slow player failed to control it.what else should bessa do???? Huh what else!!!! I will not start to talk about the three vital intersections that he made in the back because this would take me another article amr magd please please please don’t deprive us from this beauty!!!!!!!

Amr magd 5 : a disastrous starting line up from my point of view as he depended on two very slow and unfit wings . not only that but he asked them to do a big offensive role.form my point of view one of these backs should have been either hasan mady or khourshed .playing with one DMF has proven to be disastorous in more than one occasion but still amr insists to play ith it as an offensive option tis saw his side loose control of the game early in the first half. Amr showed some good coaching by his substitution but correcting your mistakes is not a plus in the coaching world as your fault costs the team the game!!!

Amr still cannot oull the team together as now the team has finished group stage with amost no chemistry found . the player constantly seem to be disobeying his orders, from my point of view this can only be due to two reasons one is they don’t understand what he is telling them to do and the other reason is that the players are self centered and I don’t think this is the cse here.

Another notable thing in todays game is the overconfidence of the team. Again ( after glden nuggets game) amr failed to keep the balance between confidence and overconfidence, it is a slick line that the players must avoid.
